TERMS & CONDITIONS.

All sales are final

 

Items will be dispatched within 5-7 working days of purchase being made. Some items can only be shipped to mainland UK. (Outlying UK destinations can be serviced, please get in touch BEFORE making a purchase to see if we can deliver to your location. Please allow 10-14 working days for delivery in these cases)

 

All of our items are dispatched by either Royal Mail (in the case of smaller items) or via courier service which will need to be signed for.  In the event that no one is available to take receipt, a card should be left. It is important that you contact the depot immediately to re-arrange your delivery.  Failure to do so will result in your parcel being returned to us and a further charge will be made to re-dispatch your order.

 

Upon delivery, you MUST visually inspect the package. If there are signs of heavy damage, you will need to sign for the parcel as 'damaged'. Items that are not signed for as damaged will not be eligible for return for replacement (if available) or refund. If an item is to be returned, you must notify us within 48 hours upon receipt of the item. In the case of faulty good, Resolute Framing will cover the cost of return shipping to us. In the even of an unwanted item, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for the secure packaging of the item to be returned as well as return shipping costs, including appropriate insurance to cover the final sale price of the item. In most cases, we will require photographic evidence BEFORE the item is returned to us.

In circumstances where a return is granted, and a refund necessary, we will credit your payment account (including original shipping) within 5 working days once the item has been received at our end.

 

Item descriptions are accurate at the time of posting. Images are of the actual items you are purchasing. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

 

The information in the Resolute Framing page and store may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability.

 

In the event a Resolute Framing product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or systems error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment account charged. If your payment account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Resolute Framing shall issue a refund to your payment account in the amount of the incorrect price.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY.

[1] Items can be returned under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations if they are faulty/damaged on delivery or you have simply changed your mind. Please see the following sections for details. All items are quality checked throughout production and again at the point of packaging for dispatch.

Please note, that in the case of Limited Editions/Originals, should the artwork itself be damaged, a replacement cannot be sent, so a full refund will be issued once we have received back the faulty/damaged framed artwork. In the event that only the frame/glass is damaged, a replacement will be provided once the damaged item has been returned. 

 

[2] All items are dispatched via courier service which will need to be signed for (In some cases, smaller framed prints will be sent via Royal Mail).

FAULTY GOODS

[3.1] Items sent from Resolute Framing are always OVER PACKED to ensure safe transit. Some minor signs of damage may be present on the outer packaging, If an item shows signs of heavy damage upon delivery, you MUST visually inspect the package and sign as 'damaged'. Items that are not signed for as damaged will not be eligible for return for replacement (if available) or refund under the faulty items clause.

[3.1.1] Heavily damaged items can be refused at the point of delivery and returned straight to us. If this is the case, please email resolute Framing as soon as possible, so we know to expect the item back.

[3.2]Due to the nature of these items, If an item is to be returned as faulty, you must notify me within 48 hours upon receipt of the item.

[3.3] The customer is responsible for the secure packaging of the item to be returned. 

[3.4] Photographic evidence will be required BEFORE the item is returned. 

[3.5] In circumstances where a return for faulty/damaged item is granted, and a refund necessary, Resolute Framing will cover the cost of return shipping. You must ensure that the item is suitably packaged so as to limit any further damage on return. I will credit your payment account (including original shipping) within 14 working days once the item has been received at my end.

 

UNWANTED GOODS

[4] For an unwanted item, you have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods.  You need to notify Resolute Framing of your wish to cancel your order within this time period – by email, for example.

You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return the goods.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and should be suitably packaged as outlined in section 3.3

 

[5] If you have received an unwanted item(s) as a gift, I can exchange for goods or gift vouchers to the same value (within 28 days of the original purchase date)

once the item(s) have been returned.

Items should return to us in as new condition. Any unwanted items we receive that have been damaged will be subject to an appropriate deduction up to 100% in any refund/vouchers issued to cover the repair or replacement of any damages.

[6] In the case of refunds, I can only apply a refund to the original purchaser.
